What payment options are available?

  • Subsidized. The employer (company) may choose to cover part of the cost and the employee pays the remaining balance. This is a great option if your budget does not allow for full funding.
  • Employees pay 100%. Even if your current budget does not allow you to fund this benefit, employees will still thank you for providing them Massage 4 Offices at your workplace.

How much space is needed? We do not have vacant rooms in our company for your services?

Space requirements are minimal. Only a small 5 ‘ by 6′ area is needed for our massage therapists to set up his or her massage chair and have enough room to move around comfortably. Many companies use corner areas in a hallway or a section of a larger hallway. We also provide (free of charge) professional partitions to create massage space in a section of your hallway or an unused corner if needed. Best of all, we will come to your office free of charge to review with you what area(s) of your office would be ideal for Massage 4 Offices at your workplace.

What exactly is chair massage anyway?

Our massage therapist will bring a specialized massage chair for employees to sit upon comfortably. The duration of a chair massage is usually 15 to 20 minutes depending upon your company’s program. Your employees will enjoy their massage fully clothed. We do not use any oils or perfumed products.

How do employees schedule their massage?

Employees schedule (and pay for) their appointments on our free online scheduler dedicated for your office. Your office managers will have access via a unique login code to your entire schedule to see when employees are having their massage.
